21 Agars Street, Paddington was a former post-war Church building in need of revitalisation. The new design now activates the property frontage from the vibrant Rosalie Precinct perspective.
A new concrete carpark provides 10 car spaces, exclusively for the new office tenants. The building interior will be fresh while retaining many of its character features including the polished hardwood timber floor, brick buttresses and vaulted ceiling. The landscape will be replenished with new plantings and green spaces.
The reconfigured internal space will provide for an autonomous 64m2 office, a larger 135m2 office and a 50m2 office, all accessible from the new covered walkway and each space serviced by its own kitchenette and amenities. An ‘End-of-Trip’ cycle facility will also service the new occupants needs.
