Current Project – Main Street, Samford

Samford Village Health Centre is located in the heart of Samford Village on the corner of Main Street and Cash Avenue.

Spinks & Co have completed Stage 1 works which include refurbishment works to the entire building which has been re-leased to SNAP fitness and is now open for business.

Stage 2 works will include construction of 2-4 new retail tenancies fronting Main Street, and the construction of a new car park.
