SpinksCo is a privately owned boutique development and investment company that opened in Brisbane in 2009. Its founder and sole director Martin Spinks has over 20 years experience in property development, and in that time has developed and leased over $600 million worth of projects and partnered in two major residential projects (Casuarina Beach, NSW and Bluewater, Cairns). The SpinksCo philosophy is to utilise its development skill set to develop and retain blue chip assets. The current SpinksCo asset portfolio is anchored by Coles, the Queensland State Government, SNAP Fitness, BUPA Dental, and Artisan with a plan to expand this portfolio over the coming years to in excess of $100m, in which SpinksCo proposes to retain 90% ownership.
