Sold – Caltex Benaraby, Gladstone

Anchored by Caltex, Spinks & Co developed a large highway service centre on the Bruce Highway at Benaraby, opposite the existing Caltex service station.

The project provides a Caltex truck and car refueling station, along with convenient food store and drive-thru restaurants catering to the travelling public.  Along with the service station, the plans include up to 3 fast food restaurants, each with their own separate drive-thru facility, and a major retail site for either a small format supermarket or tavern.
