Martin Spinks – involved in Commercial Real Estate since 1989.
Martin began his career working in sales and leasing at CB Richard Ellis in Brisbane, mentored by industry heavyweights Brian White, Dan McVay and Sam Buchanan. During his 8 years at CB Richard Ellis, Martin recognised a niche area in assisting property developers and became instrumental in sourcing land, finding tenants and selling end projects for a number of Brisbane-based property developers – in particular Don O’Rorke and Steve Tyson of Consolidated Properties.
On the back of several successful projects for the Federal Police, NAB, Westpac, CES and CBA, Martin joined Consolidated Properties as a Project Partner in 1997 and went on to develop around 40 projects over a 12 year period for the likes of Coles, Woolworths, and many other national tenants.
In 2009, Martin established Spinks & Co, his own private development company for which he is the sole operator.
