Asset – 146 Baroona Road, Paddington

This architectural award-winning project was designed by Shane Thompson Architects and recently won the AIA QLD Chapter state award for best small project. The site had been derelict for a number of years when Spinks & Co took the approach to refurbish and extend the existing building to create an outdoor pavilion area, internal courtyard garden and restaurant.

Situated on the corner of Bayswater and Baroona Road, the building is at the gateway to the vibrant Rosalie village and provides a strong statement in keeping with the “tin and timber” surroundings of the area.
