Parkes Arbour is located in the heart of Parkes CBD with dual frontage to the Newell Highway and Clarinda Street, the main street in Parkes. Parkes Arbour is a dominant sub-regional shopping complex that is securely anchored by a Coles supermarket and Target department store, centrally located opposite Woolworths in the hub of the retail precinct.

Stage 1 Construction of a new concrete carpark is now complete, providing 92 additional at grade convenience car parks for the centre.

Spinks & Co will be undertaking a major upgrade of the internal mall between Coles and Target. The project will incorporate the addition of 4 new tenancies and a relocation of amenities.

The entrance to McGees lane will be opened up with new glass shop fronts to take advantage of the new car park and street exposure that is now available since the demolition of the Clarinda Street buildings.

The new mall will feature a series of internal skylights, providing focal points and natural light to enhance the vibrancy of the centre. The centre will be fully air conditioned and will incorporate new shop fronts and include wall to ceiling finishes to a high modern standard.
